Pre Sale Questions

Registration for an account is required in order to make a purchase at valentskin.com. Click Sign up/Login and fill in your particulars. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

Shipping rates starts from RM5.50 within West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia and RM25 across Singapore. For international deliveries you may check shipping rates to your respective countries upon checkout.
Delivery takes 1 – 3 working days within Malaysia and up to 7 – 21 days for international deliveries.
No, all you need is an email address. However, you are welcome to create an account with us to enjoy our member-only offers and other perks. To sign up, click on the ‘Login’ button at the top of the page or find the ‘Sign Up’ button at the bottom of the page. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and password to register - as simple as that!
Although we ensure all our items are in good condition on delivery, damage may occur during the transit period. We sincerely apologise and hope you will continue to shop with valentskin. Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item. Kindly send a photo of the damaged area of the product, write a short description, include your Order ID and send it to our DM or email us at hello@valentskin.com. We will replace your damaged item. Should the item be out of stock, we will refund you in terms of store credit.
