What it is: A sweet yet sharp lemony aroma with a herby undertone, our Lemongrass essential oil, steam distilled from the leaves and stems of the tropical grass is uplifting for the mood. It is also a great circulation stimulant, able to soothe muscular and abdominal discomfort and is great for a sluggish digestive system.

HOW TO USE
When to use: Anytime
How to use:
Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10mL of blending oil.
Bath: Add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
Vaporizing: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to a vaporizer or burner.
